Job Summary
Senior Team Lead in Deloitte’s Assurance practice (Delhi CEC) responsible for maintaining general ledger and trial balance for assigned funds and mandates, calculating CUVs, distributions, and management fees, and preparing regulatory reports including annual financial statements. Supports clients in meeting tax obligations (income tax returns, tax component calculations for distributions, and monthly BAS returns). Provides financial information to stakeholders (Fund Managers, Investment Managers, Valuations, Tax teams) and ensures smooth auditor and tax consultant signoffs.Contributes to finance projects across the fund finance platform and collaborates with offshore finance teams. Key qualifications include: CA/CFA/MBA or equivalent, 3-5 years of experience in real estate (fund) accounting or related business services with trust accounting exposure, strong understanding of financial reporting and analytics, and strong decision-making and influencing abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified/pursuing CA, CFA, MBA along with relevant tertiary qualification
- Extensive work experience of minimum 3-5 years in Real estate (fund) accounting experience or business services background with exposure to trust accounting
