Job Summary
Senior Team Lead for Oracle Cloud ERP SCM based in Bengaluru. Lead/participate in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects with focus on P2P modules, including supplier onboarding, requisitions, purchases, receipts, accruals, and AP processes. Translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud Financials configurations, design and test OTBI/BIP reports, OIC integrations, and workflows. Develop and execute functional test scripts, troubleshoot issues with root-cause analysis, and implement solutions. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess impacts on business processes; assist with data conversion and end-to-end process improvements; possess hands-on experience with configurations, approval workflows, and security roles; strong client management and interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementations (minimum two full lifecycle projects)
- 5-7+ years of industry/consulting experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with P2P modules and related processes
- Experience with OTBI/BIP, OIC, and workflows
- Hands-on with Oracle Cloud configurations, setups, and approval workflows
