Job Summary
Lead role in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations with Deloitte India, driving functional delivery and client success. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Financials solutions; configure and implement modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management; leverage lease accounting knowledge and tax as a plus. Collaborate with technical teams to design/test OTBI/BIP reports, integrations (OIC), and workflows; document business requirements, solution designs, and configurations. Develop and execute test scripts, perform functional testing, and troubleshoot issues with root-ccause analysis; provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams. Stay updated on quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess impact on processes; support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement; assist with data conversion and functional setups.
Required Qualifications
- At least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
- 5-7+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
- Familiarity with lease accounting; Tax is a plus
- Hands-on experience with OTBI/BIP reports, OIC integrations, and Oracle ERP security roles
- Experience with data conversion, functional setups, and end-to-end process flows
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent client management and interpersonal skills
