Job Summary
Senior Team Lead responsible for leading Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory Cloud implementations and related enhancements and support engagements in the Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P) domain. Will conduct client workshops to capture business requirements, design and configure Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Sourcing) and Inventory modules (Item Master, Inventory Transactions, Costing, and Supply Chain processes), drive solution design discussions, and ensure alignment with Oracle standard leading practices. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, Planning, and Order Management; support data migration, integration design, testing, training, and deployment activities; lead SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities; provide functional guidance to project teams and mentor junior consultants; manage stakeholder communications, issue resolution, and project deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle. Requires 7+ years of Oracle ERP implementations with hands-on experience in multiple Fusion Cloud configurations, strong P2P and inventory domain knowledge, and proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing, training, and go-live support; plus Agile experience and Oracle Cloud certifications in Procurement and/or SCM Cloud are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory Cloud
- Hands-on experience configuring Procurement and Inventory modules in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
- Knowledge of P2P, Inventory Management, Item Management, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain processes
- Experience with Procurement Contracts, Supplier Qualification, Strategic Sourcing, and Inventory Transactions
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery environments
- Oracle Cloud certifications in Procurement and/or SCM Cloud (advantage)
