Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations and lead team leads across inbound and outbound sections, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety targets are met. Manage personnel planning aligned with financial goals, coach colleague leaders, and drive process innovation through collaboration with warehouse managers. Facilitate cross-functional communication, initiate meetings, and resolve ad hoc problems while maintaining structured project oversight. Work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including at least two weekends and two mornings or evenings monthly. Join a B Corp-certified team dedicated to improving the European food system, supported by mental health resources and volunteer time off.
Required Qualifications
- Multiple years of experience as a Team Lead in operations
- Ability to motivate and inspire people
- Analytical strength with the ability to translate it into concrete, controllable actions
- Critical mindset with the courage to speak out
- Forward-thinking, practical approach with good overview management and delegation skills
- Structured work style, good agenda management, punctuality, precision, and keeping appointments
