Job Summary
Senior Architecture Team Lead guiding design, coordination, and delivery of architectural construction documents across a diverse portfolio; leads multiple teams, sets technical direction, ensures quality and regulatory compliance, and drives resource planning, risk management, and process improvements while collaborating with project managers, client managers, and clients to ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field is required
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years in a leadership or management role is preferred
- Registered Architect (RA) licensure is preferred
- NCARB Certification is preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Deltek, AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma and BlueBeam Revu
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field is required
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Experience directing production teams and budgeting/scheduling
