Job Summary
Discipline team leadership and functional management, organizing experts with diverse skill profiles while motivating staff and initiating training. Oversee high-level complex task fields and large operational areas, steering task completion and optimizing team performance using key performance indicators. Ensure timely delivery and maintain high-quality project outputs, managing critical situations and resolving escalations for seamless service. Present work results to upper management, carry out budget planning, and manage cost items and HR financial KPIs. Coach team members on technical solutions (job complexity D+) and apply leadership tools to implement staff processes. Cascade higher-level strategy into the team area and provide conceptual contributions to strategic issues.
Required Qualifications
- Possess deep IT technical expertise, particularly in Business Development, Technological End-to-End (E2E) Responsibility, and Business Case Justification, driving complex projects to successful outcomes.
- Exhibit strong leadership and virtual leadership skills, effectively managing diverse teams across locations and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Bring an innovative mindset and strategic thinking to the table, continuously seeking ways to improve and adapt to changing business environments.
