Job Summary
Lead the implementation of KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with the needs of each child; coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow; partner with parents to ensure best care and education; support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement; build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners. Requires 6 months of center-based ECE experience; CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain); strong English communication; ability to lift 40 pounds; ability to supervise children in a classroom setting; ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
Required Qualifications

- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English
- Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors
