Senior Tax Manager - Ford Black

Oversee all aspects of the tax function, including compliance, reporting, planning, and strategy, while serving as the final reviewer for complex federal, state, local, and international tax returns. Supervise and mentor a large team of tax professionals, manage performance and resource allocation, and develop high-performing staff. Develop sophisticated tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and provide high-level advisory services to clients and senior management on complex transactions. Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships within the tax advisory space. Maintain direct involvement in tax preparation to support workload demands and quality control initiatives. Requires CPA certification, 8+ years of progressive tax experience, and 3+ years in leadership. Base salary of $120,000-180,000 plus bonus.
