Job Summary
Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing various federal tax compliance and consulting services to industry-specific clients, focusing on middle-market to multinational organizations. Lead client relationships on day-to-day tax matters, consult on technical topics in corporate and flow-through taxation, research tax matters (IRS inquiries, ASC740, credits and incentives), coordinate with specialty tax practices, manage engagement staffing, billings/collections, and drive client profitability. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring staff, developing technical and professional skills, and contributing to firm growth through internal development programs and external relationship-building. This role offers autonomy over scheduling and career development within a growth-focused, client-service environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- CPA, EA or Law License required
- Eight (8)+ years’ experience required
- Five (5)+ years’ of supervisory experience preferred
