Job Summary
Consolidate returns and manage overall fieldwork completion on engagements, including complex tax returns without supervision. Research, develop, and document complicated taxation issues while writing memos that summarize conclusions. Coach, advise, and direct team members to meet client and engagement expectations, delegating tasks as appropriate. Assist in client follow-up to ensure expectations are met and maintain confidentiality while adhering to professional standards. Actively participate in training with on-the-spot feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's degree in accounting or related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years work experience within public accounting
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
