Job Summary
Senior Tax Associate needed to prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns, conduct tax research, review returns for accuracy, analyze financial data, manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment, build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and stay current on tax laws and industry trends. Flexible scheduling with increased hours during peak tax season; based in Rapid City or Spearfish, SD, or Casper or Gillette, WY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or EA (Enrolled Agent) certification
- Tax compliance experience in public accounting or a combination of corporate and public accounting experience
- Experience preparing individual tax returns
