Job Summary
This is a Senior Tax Associate position focusing on SALT engagements for a top 50 CPA firm providing competitive salaries and a family-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of previous experience in a public accounting firm
- SALT experience for C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships and other Flow-Through Entities
- Strong tax accounting skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide feedback to less experienced team members
Desired Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge and skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient use of computer applications, such as MS Office and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of multistate sales tax
- Knowledge of corporate income tax preparation
