Job Summary
Prepare and review all tax calculations, including quarterly filings, and electronically submit returns to Italian Tax Authorities in compliance with local laws. Manage international tax matters such as Transfer Pricing Documentation, support HQ on projects like CbCR and Pillar II, and coordinate audits or inquiries while mitigating tax risks. Oversee accounting closing, financial statements, and subsidiary compliance with external auditors, while managing forecasts, budgets, and communications with banks. Support project managers on public-funded projects and assist Chinese Finance on related tax and finance matters.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as tax specialist into multinational companies
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Italian language
- General knowledge IAS/IFRS/OIC
- Extensive knowledge of accounting methods, tax laws and audits
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency with tax softwares (Desktop Telematico, Tax Authorities' website, Cassetto Fiscale etc)
