Senior Tax Analyst

Prepare global direct and indirect tax filings while collaborating with outside service providers on sales, use, business, and digital service taxes across various jurisdictions. Support the preparation of income tax provisions, including standard calculations, tax account roll-forward schedules, and return-to-provision analyses. Develop cross-department tax projections, model income tax scenarios, and conduct strategic research for business initiatives and compliance. Identify key areas of improvement throughout the tax compliance process to develop and execute actionable plans. Prepare monthly General Ledger account reconciliations and communicate required journal entries for direct and indirect tax accounts. Ensure indirect taxes are accurately collected by maintaining global product taxability and exemption certificates, while also supporting tax audits. This role aligns with OpenTable's hybrid workplace model, requiring two days in-office weekly, with occasional out-of-hours communication to support global teams and restaurant partners.
