Required Qualifications
- CPA or EA preferred; candidates actively working toward certification will also be considered
- Outgoing and comfortable working with clients
- 4+ years of progressive experience in a CPA firm tax department (but not Big 4)
- Strong technical skills across S corp, partnership, individual, and trust tax matters, including tax planning and strategy
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and/or high-net-worth individuals
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of CCH ProSystem fx or Axcess (not required)
- Interest in AI, automation, or modern workflow tools
- Interest in advisory or other services
