Senior Tax Accounting and Compliance Associate

Job Summary
Senior Tax Accounting and Compliance Associate supporting Bolt’s Group Tax function across a 55+ jurisdiction footprint. Responsibilities include tax accounting and notes for group consolidated accounts, CIT compliance and interaction with tax authorities, tax planning and internal reporting (ETR analysis, cash tax forecasting, budgeting), and driving process improvement and tax-technology initiatives. Works cross-functionally with FP&A, local finance teams, external auditors, local tax advisers, and transfer pricing, using tax systems and tools (e.g., ERP/workflow, tax provisioning) and staying current on IFRS and evolving tax technology. The role offers hybrid work with at least 12 monthly in-office days and opportunities for professional growth, exposure to international tax accounting in a high-growth multinational. Strong emphasis on technical expertise across multi-jurisdictional tax accounting, communication with management, and reliable point-of-contact across the 55+ jurisdiction footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in financial accounting, tax compliance, or a related area
- Qualifications preferably in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Exposure to corporate income tax compliance beneficial
- Familiarity with transfer pricing principles is a plus but not required
- Comfortable using AI tools and applying prompting skills to analyze large data sets
- Experience with ERP systems (Workday is used) is a bonus
- English C1 (advanced) required; additional languages a plus
