Job Summary
Senior Accountant responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns, preparation of financial statements, performing audit procedures as assigned by supervisors/managers, bookkeeping and client write-up, completing tasks for clients (e.g., contractor’s license), supervising/mentoring staff accountants on small jobs, planning and performing small audits, performing initial review procedures on staff accountant work, and conducting research. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 1-3 years of public accounting experience, proficiency with computer programs, strong communication and research skills, leadership potential, and proficiency in Word and Excel. Location: Auburn, AL; in-person work arrangement. Reports to supervisors and managers. Required Qualifications
