Job Summary
Senior Targeting Program SME to support ACC A22 Tradecraft Division at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. Lead and direct tasker completion, oversee responses to information requests, generate data calls, review documents for programmatic and technical accuracy, and perform executive-level analysis applying advanced principles to planning, deployment, operation, and enhancement of the ACC ISR Enterprise. Leverage capabilities-based planning to identify material and non-materiel solutions, support PPBES activities, assist with Air Force budget processes including POM, coordinate senior staff visits, and participate in targeting tradecraft meetings. Requires active TS/SCI clearance; Bachelor's degree with 15 years or Master's with 10 years of relevant experience; strong communication, analytic, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Air Force and Joint Targeting and Kill-Chain processes; experience with requirements management and metrics; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 years or Master’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience (additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance (single-scope background investigation)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Air Force ISR and targeting processes, tools, and tradecraft
- Experience in requirements management and implementation, metrics development, tracking and delivering outcomes
- Ability to provide strategic guidance and expertise to Defense planners
- Ability to supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advisory solutions
- Potential travel up to 10% (AMSOPP1)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree alternative experience considered
