Job Summary
Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist responsible for end-to-end outbound sourcing and candidate pipeline generation. Pure sourcing role focused on building candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Talent Insights, and other channels across multiple functions (growth, product, design, engineering, executive). You will define search strategies, craft personalized outreach, manage multi-touch sequences, and track metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and qualified candidates delivered. You’ll work with US-based hiring managers and a PH-based team, joining intake calls to understand briefs, and you’ll report on your own numbers, owning sourcing across 4-6 active searches concurrently. This role emphasizes accountability for sourcing quality and velocity, requiring strong written communication, ability to calibrate withHiring Managers, and comfort working across US business hours. Knowledge of AI-enabled sourcing tools and familiarity with Workable ATS are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with at least 3 years sourcing US-market roles
- Hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Demonstrated experience sourcing senior-level roles (Director, VP, Staff/Principal Engineer, or equivalent)
- Experience sourcing across multiple functions (not single-vertical only)
- Strong written English — outreach quality is a core part of this role
- Comfortable working US business hours overlap (minimum 4-5 hours of CT overlap daily)
