Job Summary
Senior Talent Sourcer within Escalon’s People Operations Team responsible for US-based passive candidate identification and outreach for RPO and Retained Search engagements. Conducts structured phone and video screens, maintains accurate candidate records in the ATS, and provides weekly pipeline updates to the Practice Leader. Builds targeted sourcing lists using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and network mapping; sources qualified talent across Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR from IC to Director level; develops personalized outreach messages to maximize candidate engagement; and coordinates with the India-based Sourcing and Operations Manager on active engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience across a range of role levels
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Experience conducting structured phone or video screens and documenting results
- Working experience with US hiring markets and candidate expectations across functions
