Job Summary
Senior Talent Partner for Product Management at Hinge Health—lead full-cycle recruiting for Product Management, partnering with senior product leaders to define role scope, level, and search strategy. Build and manage high-quality pipelines, leverage funnel and market data to diagnose bottlenecks, calibrate expectations around level and compensation, and ensure a thoughtful candidate experience from first touch to close. Drive longer-term headcount planning by bringing talent market insights into workforce planning, and collaborate on job description improvements and interview process design. Must be a strategic partner who can influence senior stakeholders, tailor search strategies to different levels, and operate with high judgment in a fast-paced, high-bar environment. Familiarity with healthcare or digital health environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent partnership experience
- experience supporting Product Management or related product/technical functions
- track record partnering with senior hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- demonstrated success hiring passive talent in competitive markets
- experience using recruiting data to influence decisions and improve processes
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
