Job Summary
Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to define role requirements and develop recruitment strategies that support business objectives. Source and attract talent from internal and external pools while managing the full lifecycle, including resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. Maintain recruiting operations and reporting by managing ATS systems, tracking metrics, and analyzing market trends to share insights with leadership. This role supports the development of Global Business Services Talent Acquisition expert services within the Country/Hub and implements the Global Talent Function strategy to address talent challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree
- 8+ years' professional Talent Acquisition experience in a high performing global organization, or an RPO (or similar) company
- 8 years' experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close
- IS specific experience
- Work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
