Job Summary

Senior Talent Partner (Clinical) responsible for full-cycle physician hiring (MDs/DOs), credentialing/licensure nuances, and credentialing hand-off. Partners with Chief Medical Officer and clinical leadership to define great roles, designs and runs sourcing campaigns that target physicians, and leverages Ashby ATS and data analytics to drive hires. Role focuses on building a Boston-based office presence, engaging senior clinical leadership, and advancing AI-enabled talent strategy in digital health and telehealth contexts.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience, with the majority focused on physicians (MDs and DOs)
  • Deep fluency in what makes a great clinician: evaluate candidates on clinical judgment, digital-first mindset, and culture
  • Telehealth or digital health background in a high-growth virtual care or health-tech environment
  • Strong command of Ashby ATS with focus on data integrity and analytics
  • Track record of closing senior and niche clinical roles through outbound sourcing
  • Relationship with clinical leadership where they value recruiting insights
  • Interest in AI-enabled recruiting and data-driven decision-making
