Job Summary
Craft and implement innovative hiring strategies to enable the successful growth of Americas-based teams, building creative searches and diverse pipelines across hiring platforms. Manage relationships with candidates and internal business partners to ensure smooth processes and exceptional candidate experiences. Lead stakeholder engagement and take a lead in the formation and execution of a world-class talent strategy for Corporate and Commercial functions. Build scalable ways of hiring on the ATS, including tagging, process management, and continuous improvement for pipeline reporting. Partner closely with regional TA colleagues on DEIB initiatives and participate in global projects benefiting the wider business. Work within a hybrid model of three days per week in the office, supporting collaboration and connection within a global fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience hiring across non-tech functions
- Deep levels of stakeholder management and business partnership experience
- Ability to influence at all levels, up to senior leadership
- Ability to prioritize workloads and work to speed
- Thrive when multitasking and handling multiple relationships/goals
- Become familiar with local employment laws and working with regulatory bodies
