Job Summary
Senior Talent Partner in Taipei, Taiwan responsible for identifying and engaging senior-level candidates, building relationships with passive and active candidates, leveraging sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Hunter, job portals, social platforms), and providing market insights to hiring managers. Responsibilities include managing recruitment dashboards, delivering hiring analyses, conducting periodic reviews with stakeholders, monitoring hiring progress and KPIs, and collaborating across regions to ensure top talent fit. Qualifications include global recruitment knowledge, strong communication, proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Mandarin and English proficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with independent and team-oriented work habits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of related recruiting experience
