Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Technology Analyst responsible for optimizing the global TA operations ecosystem via Workday and Greenhouse; acts as primary SME for recruiting platforms, manages configurations and upgrades, maps end-to-end hiring processes, troubleshoots integrations to HRIS/onsite onboarding tools, builds dashboards, validates data integrity, and develops technical documentation and enablement materials. Partners with HR Technology, HRIS, IT, and external vendors to drive cross-functional improvements, stay abreast of TA/HR tech trends, and communicate status across global TA Ops and partners.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on system administration experience with enterprise-level recruiting and HRIS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, or iCIMS
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated dashboards or reporting suites
- Strong technical acumen regarding backend workflows, API architecture, or system integration logic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different global time zones
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and data-validation skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while actively contributing as part of a distributed global team
