Job Summary
Lead consultation and partnership on complex design initiatives for Lattice, our newly adopted Talent Management System, by partnering with HRBPs, TMPs, and business leaders to understand needs and prioritize customization requests. Design and execute enablement strategies for new features, including communications, training, and leader readiness, while assessing organizational readiness for platform changes. Translate strategy into executable programs and tools for multiple audiences, ensuring core talent processes are consistently enabled through Lattice for continuous improvement. This role combines Talent Management expertise with a product mindset to drive enablement and customization within the Chewy Talent Management ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Program Management, or related enterprise roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Demonstrated experience supporting or enabling HR systems
- Ability to operate independently as a senior individual contributor in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proven experience consulting and delivering on solutions alongside HR and business stakeholders
- Ability to translate strategy into executable programs, tools, communications, and training for multiple audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
