Job Summary
Lead year-round talent planning and succession processes to identify and develop high-potential pipelines across the enterprise. Guide the performance alignment cycle from goal setting through year-end calibration to ensure consistent leadership experiences. Design development strategies for successors while partnering with business leaders to assess bench strength and close readiness gaps. Deliver practical, high-impact solutions by analyzing talent data to drive continuous improvement in employee engagement and leadership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, HR consulting, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience with core talent processes such as talent review, succession planning, and performance management
- Experience advising and partnering with leaders to translate business priorities into practical talent solutions
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with key stakeholders and leaders at multiple levels
- Ability to analyze talent data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
- Expertise in project and change management, with the ability to scope a project, incorporate stakeholder feedback, develop plans, and execute on milestones
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience supporting employee engagement and/or leadership development initiatives
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR/talent certification
