Job Summary

Support the implementation of Talent Management and Development frameworks across South & Southeast Asia, ensuring consistent adoption of regional and global initiatives. Coordinate key talent processes including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Development Planning while monitoring country compliance and execution quality. Partner with Country HR teams to localize talent initiatives and manage Graduate Trainee and Early Career programs, tracking outcomes to enhance the talent pipeline. Drive the regional Learning & Development strategy by coordinating workshops, assessments, and capability-building interventions with internal and external providers. Monitor learning effectiveness through feedback and business impact measures, manage LMS governance and data quality, and oversee regional learning budgets. Support the design and improvement of employee experience projects based on engagement survey data, including onboarding integration initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Approximately 8-10 years of HR experience
  • At least 5 years in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Performance Management or related Talent practices
  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR initiatives
  • Proven experience coordinating talent reviews, succession planning, performance management or leadership development programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience preparing reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a regional, matrixed environment
  • High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country HR initiatives is highly preferred
