Job Summary
Design and deliver effective training programs by collaborating with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop comprehensive competency matrices. Conduct thorough training needs analyses through interviews and assessments to plan annual learning initiatives. Create engaging instructional materials and facilitate diverse delivery modalities including workshops, virtual classrooms, and e-learning platforms. Coordinate staff trainings end-to-end, managing logistics, sourcing trainers, and handling post-training evaluations and certifications. Support organizational values by leading onboarding schedules, coaching programs, and HR monthly updates while monitoring EHS training compliance and HRDF utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Certified as a trainer
- 5-7 years of experiences
- Bachelors degree in HRM or Management or Education or Training and Development, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in the use of various training tools and technologies
- Ability to adapt training programs to meet the evolving needs of the organization and respond to changing priorities
- Flexibility in adjusting training delivery methods to accommodate different learning environments, including virtual and in-person settings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- Adept at identifying training gaps and implementing innovative solutions to address organizational learning needs
- Proactive in troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during training sessions
Desired Qualifications
