Job Summary
Senior Talent Consultant leading MSP client programs, collaborating with Service Delivery and back-office teams to ensure SLA/KPI compliance, vendor/ supplier performance optimization, and accurate billing/reporting. Responsibilities include program/project management, continuous improvement, escalation and issue resolution, VMS relationship management, and client relationship development. Required skills include MSP/VMS knowledge, project management, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, BI tools (Power BI), data-driven decision making, strong communication, and ability to lead teams and manage client satisfaction. The role emphasizes delivering day-to-day operations, reporting, and analytics to support HR/procurement stakeholders and executives within a Guidant Global MSP client context.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Staffing Industry, MSP, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Procurement, Statement of Work (SOW), Human Resources (HR)
- Experience leading teams to meet SLAs and KPIs for MSP performance
- Strong experience in report development, management, and QA
- Experience in identifying and leading process-improvement initiatives
- Project Management experience
- Effective communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning
- MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools and analytics-driven decision making
- Ability to grow and mature client relationships
- Fiscal accountability for account management
- Ability to influence and manage by influence
- Strong problem-solving and ability to present concepts to all management levels
- Ability to initiate or provide solutions through designated channels
- Ability to build and execute project plans
- Ability to manage data collection and reporting for regular/ad hoc needs
