Job Summary
Senior Talent Advisor responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, builds candidate pipelines via multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media), maintains a positive candidate experience, and promotes the employer brand. Applies market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring strategies while ensuring legal and policy compliance and a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Hybrid role based in Bengaluru (Bangalore) or Pune with a minimum in-office presence of 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- end-to-end recruitment experience for diverse functions and levels
- proficient in ATS and other recruitment platforms
- strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- focus on DEI and compliant recruitment practices
- hybrid work capability with in-office presence (minimum 3 days/week)
