Job Summary
Conduct pre-hire and post-hire administrative support for talent acquisition processes, including screening candidates via phone interviews, developing interview schedules, and managing offer execution. Execute background checks, coordinate travel and accommodation, and oversee on-boarding and off-boarding logistics. Maintain candidate status updates in Applicant Tracking Systems, edit job postings, and generate metric and pipeline reports. Lead discussions with candidates and hiring managers, optimize ATS usage, and document process improvements. Provide training to colleagues and identify workflow remediation opportunities to enhance client and candidate experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a TAC role
- Administrative experience working in TA or HR
- Interview scheduling experience
- Executive presence/Client facing experience
- Strong recruitment administration skill-set / competencies
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
- Experience working with a mainstream ATS
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work
- Provide ability to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients
Desired Qualifications
- Completed Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification
- Experience as a Specialized Talent Administrator & Coordinator for a minimum of 6 months
