Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Technology Analyst to own and optimize recruiting platforms (Greenhouse, Workday), manage configurations, automate TA workflows, diagnose integration issues, build dashboards, document enablement, and partner with HR Technology across a global TA operations landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on system administration experience with enterprise-level recruiting and HRIS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, or iCIMS
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated dashboards or reporting suites
- Strong technical acumen regarding backend workflows, API architecture, or system integration logic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different global time zones
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and data-validation skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while actively contributing as part of a distributed global team
