Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Technology Analyst responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the global TA Operations ecosystem. Acts as SME for recruiting platforms (Greenhouse, Workday); manages configurations, mappings, and upgrades; maps and automates end-to-end hiring processes; troubleshoots integrations between ATS and HRIS/assessment/onboarding tools; leads root-cause investigations of system breaks; builds data reports and dashboards; creates scalable technical documentation and training materials; enables TA teams and stakeholders; collaborates with HR Technology and global partners to stay current on TA/HR tech trends and product delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on system administration experience with enterprise-level recruiting and HRIS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, or iCIMS
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated dashboards or reporting suites
- Strong technical acumen regarding backend workflows, API architecture, or system integration logic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different global time zones
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and data-validation skills
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while actively contributing as part of a distributed global team
