Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Wholesale Insurance

Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on full-lifecycle recruitment of insurance professionals in Wholesale Insurance. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers on open requisitions from drafting job descriptions through posting, sourcing, screening and closing; using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed to source and track qualified candidates; building pipelines by engaging passive candidates across North America; coordinating high-volume interviews; managing offers and NDAs; drafting offer letters; promoting a positive, inclusive recruiting experience; and performing HR administrative tasks; requires experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing passive and active candidates, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience recruiting insurance professionals
- Experience recruiting wholesale insurance is strongly preferred
- Must have full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting experience for a variety of open positions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed or other insurance related job boards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and contributive; takes initiative and follows-through reliably
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented
- Ability to work with both a sense of urgency and confidentiality
- Being comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- A team-player; always open to offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our team's success and efficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite a plus)
- Verbal and written English language communication skills necessary to communicate with all levels of management
- Time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Ability to develop and apply effective methods for tracking and monitoring data or information
