Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on technical headhunting across software engineering roles. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, ATS maintenance, and KPI tracking. Requires 5+ years in technical recruitment, experience recruiting Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Architects, QA, DevOps, Data Engineers, and leadership-level talent; strong engagement, interviewing, and relationship-building skills; experience supporting international/global teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and headhunting
- Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Technical Leads, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Product roles, or similar technical positions
- Strong expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Excellent candidate engagement and relationship-building skills
- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities
- Experience supporting international clients or global teams
- Knowledge of modern software development technologies and engineering roles
- Experience hiring senior and leadership-level technical talent
- Experience with employer branding and talent community initiatives
