Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for India-based hiring, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer management. Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers globally to develop strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs. Utilize the Greenhouse ATS and platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri to identify qualified talent, build pipelines, and ensure timely communication throughout the process. Collaborate with business functions to recruit for technical and critical roles while serving as a trusted advisor on India market trends and compensation data. Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and support broader organizational initiatives. This role supports Syner-G's mission to accelerate breakthrough science and delivery of life-enhancing therapies across the biopharma sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- demonstrated experience recruiting within the India talent market
- Proven experience supporting technical and business functions in a corporate or professional services environment
- Experience within life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, engineering, or consulting industries
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse), sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed), and end-to-end recruitment workflows
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across different functions, geographies, and time zones
- Skilled in leveraging recruitment data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and improve hiring outcomes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Desired Qualifications
- Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field
