Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for leading corporate/operations recruiting strategy, partnering with Hiring Managers to understand needs, developing pipelines for active and passive candidates, mentoring managers on interviewing and attraction techniques, and representing SBM in recruitment partnerships. Travel to recruiting events as needed and drive metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement of sourcing and screening processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting
- Valid driver’s license (may be required)
