Job Summary
Lead executive and senior recruitment across Qantas’ Corporate portfolio; partner with senior leaders to influence hiring outcomes and uplift workforce capability; build strategic talent pipelines and deliver market-leading sourcing solutions; provide strategic talent advice and market insights to shape hiring outcomes; coach TA team on best practices and embedding continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive and relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, managing recruitment strategies end to end for executive and senior level roles across Corporate functions
- Experience recruiting in the finance or OCFO spaces advantageous
- Strategic mindset with focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to advise stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
- Proven experience in talent pooling, headhunting and networking across relevant talent markets
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, with SmartRecruiters experience advantageous
