Job Summary
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding across tech, marketing, eCommerce, and operations roles. Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting while partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and provide recruitment consultation. Build and maintain a strong talent pool, execute employer branding activities, and track recruitment performance metrics to optimize processes and candidate experience. Requires 3+ years of talent acquisition experience and a data-driven mindset. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with hiring across Marketing, Tech, E-commerce, Operations roles is a plus
- Good English communication is an advantage
