Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - GCN GBA Pipeline

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all-level positions in China, including intake meetings, JD development, posting, candidate sourcing and selection, interview arrangements, offers, and onboarding follow-up. Drive cross-area talent supply strategy for the Bay region (Guangdong, Hainan, Hong Kong) and manage TA performance against KPIs (Time to Hire, Diversity, Early Leaver, Sourcing Channel, Process compliance & data integrity). Build and maintain partnerships with business and HR stakeholders to address business needs, support the EVP strategy and Employer Branding in China, nurture relationships with target schools and campus events, support digital transformation for the TA organization, and oversee related vendors and resources. Able to adapt to flexible working locations or business travel as project needs. Requires Bachelor’s degree or higher, 6+ years in TA, Mandarin native with English highly preferred, ATS familiarity, strong business sense and accountability, and high integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree
- Minimum 6 years working experience in Talent Acquisition
- MNC background highly preferred
- Experience in leading and deploying recruitment projects
- Knowledge and experience with digital tools in recruitment processes
- Native Mandarin, English highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Familiar with ATS and labor laws
- Able to accept flexible working location or business travel upon project needs
