Influence hiring managers on strategy and collaborate with key stakeholders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Mentor junior coordinators and contract recruiters. Required skills include a minimum of 6 years’ related experience in VLSI recruitment/semiconductor software environments, deep knowledge of the semiconductor talent landscape, and proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
