Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for hiring software engineers, data teams, and product managers. Collaborates with engineering/product leaders to define what great looks like, crafts job descriptions that reflect real work, builds sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates, owns hiring for engineering and product roles, assesses problem-solving and collaboration, ensures a smooth candidate experience, coordinates interviews, shares hiring insights, builds long-term talent pools, and maintains a high hiring standard. Requires strong communication/relationship skills, ability to manage many roles, and curiosity about space and data systems. Travel occasionally; location: Hebbal, Bangalore, India.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience hiring for tech and product roles
- Work experience in a leading staffing agency or RPO is a must
- Good understanding of how software and data teams work
