Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role focused on strategic, global hiring across GCC/MENA and international markets. Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, build proactive talent pipelines, lead headhunting and sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, manage multiple stakeholders, optimize ATS processes, and drive data-driven hiring for a fast-growing organization. Emphasizes partnership with TA Lead and leadership to shape recruitment strategy, candidate experience, employer branding, and workforce planning in a global context.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment with strong exposure to professional or niche hiring
- Proven experience in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates
- Strong experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple regions
- Experience in data-driven recruitment and reporting
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Experience hiring across GCC / MENA / international markets is highly preferred
