Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for senior leadership and critical professional positions across multiple regions. Lead executive search, direct sourcing, and passive candidate engagement; partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles; source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interviews and leadership assessments; build and maintain leadership talent pipelines; manage candidate activity and reporting in the ATS; provide recruiting insights to leadership; collaborate on competitive offer strategies and negotiation. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and experience hiring for leadership roles across multiple locations; hybrid work environment with travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- 8+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, including leadership-level recruiting
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
- Demonstrated track record of building talent pipelines and filling hard-to-recruit positions
- Experience sourcing, assessing, and recruiting leadership-level talent in complex or multi-site organizations
- Strong experience sourcing, assessing, and recruiting leadership-level talent in complex or multi-site organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in executive search, direct sourcing, and passive candidate engagement strategies
