Job Summary
Develop, lead, and execute the Company's recruitment strategy, processes, and metrics while partnering with hiring managers on sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Oversee the entire life cycle of the recruitment process, including posting positions, scheduling, conducting phone interviews, background checks, and coordinating new hire communications for both property and corporate roles. Lead the employee onboarding process from initial orientation through training curriculum development and hiring manager guidance. Create and schedule recruitment social media content to promote open roles and highlight employee stories, while building networking relationships with colleges, community organizations, and industry groups to source qualified talent. Assist with compliance efforts to ensure ADA/EEO guidelines are enforced and drive continuous improvement regarding talent acquisition and HR processes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Equivalent work experience to an Associate or bachelor's degree
- Two to five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic team environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to set priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation tactics

- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Proficiency with applicant-tracking software or ability to quickly learn recruitment systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2–5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process (highly preferred)
- Strong sourcing instincts
- Comfort with applicant tracking tools like Indeed and LinkedIn
- Paylocity experience
- Experience with Paylocity
- Two to five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, highly preferred
