Job Summary

Lead the design and execution of Recursive's hiring strategy in alignment with business growth objectives; own the full recruitment lifecycle for all open roles from job brief to offer acceptance; partner with the Director of Corporate Development and leadership team to forecast hiring needs and build rolling resourcing plans; coordinate interview processes, scorecards, and feedback loops; manage relationships with external recruitment partners and job platforms; support visa and work permit processes for international hires; embrace a hybrid work model with remote flexibility and up to four days in our Shibuya office; bring 5+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience and a proven ability to own hiring strategy, partner with senior stakeholders, manage diverse role types across AI/engineering to commercial and corporate functions, and operate with strong English/Japanese communication and project-management skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of end-to-end talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated experience owning hiring strategy
  • Strong track record partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Experience managing diverse role types — from technical AI/engineering roles to commercial and corporate positions
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills; able to run multiple pipelines simultaneously
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
