Job Summary
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruitment of professional, managerial, and senior-level roles in Canada. Partner with Corporate and Operations leaders to design and execute talent strategy, build leadership pipelines with succession in mind, and shape how Techo-Bloc attracts and assesses top talent. Drive structured intake, assessment, and selection processes; leverage AI and digital tools to craft creative job postings and elevate sourcing strategies; identify passive candidates through networking and targeted outreach; support internal mobility and leadership development. 7+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience; strong partnership with leaders and executives; bilingual French & English.

- Proven success recruiting professional, managerial, or senior roles
